Alpine Gardens, a leading landscape company since 1978, is seeking a dedicated Landscape Maintenance Superintendent to oversee our Maintenance Division. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple maintenance and enhancement crews, ensuring compliance with health and safety laws, and fostering a positive work culture. Responsibilities

• Oversee the Maintenance Division, ensuring compliance with health and safety laws.
• Supervise three to five maintenance and enhancement crews simultaneously.
• Train and organize field employees to achieve desired results.
• Proficiently use the company’s CRM software.
• Enforce company policies and procedures.
• Manage job resources and materials effectively.
• Participate in the company’s snow removal operations.
• Perform additional tasks as necessary to promote and ensure the successful operation of Alpine Gardens.

Qualifications

• Exceptional supervisory, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Extensive knowledge of landscape maintenance and irrigation.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to represent the company in a courteous and professional manner.
• Positive attitude and ability to foster a desirable work environment.
• State of Colorado Qualified supervisor license in pesticide application or willingness to pursue.
