Role Description:
As a ServiceNow Developer, you will:
Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM).
Develop and integrate solutions using JavaScript, Glide, REST APIs, and other ServiceNow capabilities.
Perform end-to-end application development including UI design, workflow automation, and scripting.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure successful implementation.
Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices.
Perform upgrades and patching with minimal service disruption.
Stay current with ServiceNow features, updates, and industry best practices.
Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications and external systems.
Provide technical expertise in architecture, security models, and performance optimization.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, defects, and performance bottlenecks.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development.
Module Expertise: Proficiency in at least one module (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, GRC, etc.).
Certifications:
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) Required
Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) Highly Preferred
Technical Skills:
Strong experience with JavaScript, Glide, REST APIs, and integrations.
Proficiency in UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, Business Rules, Script Includes, and Client Scripts.
