This hybrid remote position requires on-site work 3 days a week in Washington, DC. (Must be local to DC, MD, VA).

Due to Federal Government Security Clearance Requirements: U.S. Citizenship with eligibility to obtain Public Trust Clearance.

PRISM seeks a skilled Senior ServiceNow Developer to design and deliver technical solutions within our ServiceNow environment. You'll build custom applications and integrations on the ITSM platform. If you have strong software engineering skills and ServiceNow expertise, apply your problem-solving mindset to impactful deliverables. Excellent communication and documentation skills are key.

Your Focus:

• Develop, design, configure, and release ServiceNow modules, workflows, and catalog requests.
• Architect technical solutions on ServiceNow for internal employees.
• Customize ServiceNow: flow design, administration, reports, data imports, scripting, integrations.
• Create integrations and automate processes via APIs between ServiceNow and other services.
• Build and maintain Service Catalog Items and Knowledge Bases.
• Collaborate with IT Service Management and business stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into ServiceNow integrations (LDAP, SSO, Mid server, Web-services, Email).
• Perform technical configurations, maintenance, and housekeeping.
• Design application security and own data security.
• Troubleshoot ServiceNow technical issues.
• Identify platform improvement opportunities.
• Assist in maintaining CMDB accuracy.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's and 8+ years relevant experience, OR Master's and 6+ years, OR equivalent work experience.
• 6+ years of ServiceNow development in an enterprise setting.
• Experience customizing, administering, and configuring ServiceNow.
• Experience with HTML, Angular, and JavaScript.
• Experience with Service Catalog and Service Portal.
• Functional knowledge of ITSM processes and CMDB.
• Experience customizing core ServiceNow apps (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Portal, Automation).
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with other applications and adapting solutions.
• Ability to plan resource needs from high-level specs.
• Strong communication skills to explain complex concepts clearly.

Required:

• Deep ServiceNow Expertise: 6+ years of experience in enterprise development, customization, and administration.
• Broad IT Foundation: 8+ years relevant IT experience (Bachelor's/Master's or equivalent).
• Web Development Skills: Strong in HTML, Angular, JavaScript.
• ServiceNow Platform Knowledge: Experienced with Service Catalog and Service Portal.
• ITSM/CMDB Proficiency: Solid understanding within ServiceNow.
• Core App Customization: Proven history with Incident, Problem, Change, Service Portal, Automation.
• Integration & Adaptability: Ability to integrate ServiceNow and adapt solutions.
• Resource Planning: Skilled in planning resource needs from high-level specs.
• Communication: Clear and concise communication abilities.
