Job Title: Contract Sales Recruiter
Job Overview:We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Contract Sales Recruiter to join our client and play a vital role in supporting their fast-paced sales recruitment operations. This 100% remote, contract position focuses on full-cycle recruiting for high-performing sales professionals across the medical device and related product sectors. The ideal candidate will be proactive, polished, and able to immediately contribute to identifying and securing top sales talent.
Compensation:- Up to $120,000 annually, based on experience
Work Schedule:- Monday to Friday, standard business hours
Key Responsibilities of the Contract Sales Recruiter:- Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales roles including Medical Device Sales and Account Managers
- Partner with sales leaders and hiring managers to define ideal candidate profiles and hiring needs
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and other tools to identify and engage talent
- Conduct resume reviews, phone screens, and preliminary interviews to evaluate candidate fit
- Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and ensure timely hiring decisions
- Track and report recruitment activity, pipeline progress, and time-to-fill metrics
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Stay informed on industry trends and compensation benchmarks related to sales recruiting
Qualifications and Skills for the Contract Sales Recruiter:- Several years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably within sales or medical device industries
- Demonstrated ability to source and engage passive candidates at a high level
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact confidently with senior leadership and sales professionals
- Ability to work independently and efficiently without micromanagement
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems (preferably ADP)
- Self-starter with a proactive approach and a results-driven mindset
